You pay a fixed monthly fee based on the number of residential units under management.
- The monthly fee includes hosting, maintenance and email support. Email support is standard and subject to T&Cs.
- Extensive support, training material and webcasts are available to all users. Further training or consultation on migration and onboarding is available for £150.00 per hour. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
- The Myblockman fee starting at £0.20 per unit per month on a per-block basis. For a block of 100 units, for example, this would equate to £20 per month. This fee includes unit owner and resident accounts. Service charge account details are available to lessees/owners only. This fee reduces as you move between the pricing tiers.
- The contract can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice.
- All prices listed are exclusive of VAT.

Onboarding assistance
Our dedicated and professional support team is trained in all areas of service charge accounting and block management. You’ll have dedicated online sessions with a support adviser during your onboarding.
Email support
Following onboarding, you’ll have unlimited email support with the option to arrange an online session if required.
Unlimited staff user accounts
Create additional users and accounts as and when needed at no extra charge. Fair usage applies.
Powerful reports
Produce reports quickly, accurately, and effortlessly – from financial reports to issue analysis at portfolio and block levels.
All service charge accounting modules
Service charge transactions, receipts, supplier invoice and payments, trial balance, balance sheet, income and expenditure and many many more reports. All the accounting muscle of Blockman will be available to you at each pricing tier
All ground rent accounting modules (UK only)
Ground Rent section 166 notices and accompanying payment details, landlord statements and remittance.
Daily data backup and 128-bit security
All of our servers are within our own virtual private cloud. This is designed to prevent unauthorised requests getting to our internal network. We keep encrypted backups in multiple locations on AWS of any datastores that contains customer data.

Electronic money transfer files
Electronic payment files for batch payments to creditors offer significant benefits by streamlining and automating the payment process.
